Company in partnership with Jobs for Humanity is seeking a heritage training lead in Riyadh to plan and deliver training programs that preserve cultural knowledge and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery.

You will develop curricula, deliver sessions and practical workshops, assess learners, maintain records, and continuously improve programs based on feedback. Strong facilitation, design, and LMS skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating training programs
• Knowledge of heritage preservation and cultural practices
• Ability to design curricula and learning materials
• Experience with facilitation and adult learning methods
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in curriculum design, training program development, and content creation (slides and manuals)
• Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) for training administration and recordkeeping
• Experience using assessment and evaluation methods to measure competency and learning outcomes
• Demonstrated facilitation and public speaking abilities with cultural sensitivity
• Coaching and mentoring experience and strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program relevance and consistency
