Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a credited university.
• Advanced project management certification.
• 10+ years of overall work experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience conducting training using innovative classroom techniques and teaching aids.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current employees' competency and manage appraisals.
• Identify training needs and design an integrated training program.
• Develop training materials including outlines, handouts, and exercises.
• Coordinate with industry experts for workshops and classrooms.
