Job summary

Alfa Laval invites a hands-on Service Centre Operator to join the Yanbu workshop. You will perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, gasket bonding, assembly, and pressure testing of heat exchangers with strict safety practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Technician with Diploma/associate degree in mechanical/industrial engineering.
• Agile and positive mindset when it comes to challenges.
• Good level of safety awareness.
• Self-starter and result oriented.
• Good understanding of operational issues.
• Team player.
• Ability to troubleshoot & solve technical problems.
• Flair for maintaining relationships across cultures and customers.
• Customer service oriented.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Welding basic competence is a plus.
• Saudi National preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on activities related to heat exchanger reconditioning: disassembly, cleaning, dye penetrant inspection, gasket gluing, assembly, and pressure testing.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures; report findings and issues to Team Leader.
• Maintain tools, spares, consumables and workshop cleanliness; participate in training as part of development program.
• Be flexible to work extended hours to meet customer requirements.
