Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in heat exchanger fabrication, pressure vessel, or similar manufacturing.
• Hands-on welding experience with TIG, MIG, SMAW.
• Knowledge of pressure testing, NDT, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with ASME, API, or equivalent fabrication standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install heat exchangers according to drawings and specs.
• Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
• Inspect components to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on heat exchanger units.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve fabrication issues.
• Maintain records of fabrication processes, materials, and test results.
• Follow safety policies and industry standards.
