Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to ensure repairs and maintenance of regional fleet are carried out safely, per SOP, and with continuous improvement. You will lead workshop activities, manage manpower, spare parts, and breakdown response, while providing technical guidance to workshop practices.

Requirements include a 2-year technical diploma in mechanical engineering, 6+ years in vehicle maintenance, and strong English.

Qualifications

• 2-Year Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading maintenance teams.
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Continuously review and improve work processes through regular evaluations and employee involvement to enhance efficiency and engagement.
• Optimize manpower resources to achieve operational targets and support current and future business needs.
• Maintain workplace practices and the working environment in line with established standards and compliance requirements.
• Monitor daily fleet operations by overseeing workshop activities, including manpower availability, spare parts management, and breakdown response, while providing technical guidance on workshop practices.

About the role:

To ensure the repairs and maintenance of regional fleet are carried out within agreed plan and as per SOP in a safe and compliant manner through leadership style that promotes continuous improvement and team engagement.
