Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director of Enterprise Activation (Healthcare Sector) to lead the execution engine building the startup and mobilizing the enterprise activation. Reporting to the CEO, you will translate strategy into activated capability, establish governance cadences, and drive the program management discipline required to launch a company at pace and with control.

You will coordinate across functions, manage interdependencies, and ensure readiness milestones are met

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Organization Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational activation, transformation, operating-model design, PMO leadership or large-scale program delivery.
• Experience mobilizing complex, multi-stakeholder programs to defined milestones, ideally within healthcare, sports, government / semi-government or large ecosystem-based environments.
• Experience operating within a shared-services or SLA-based model is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build the corporate strategy and long-term growth agenda with strategic planning frameworks.
• Translate approved organization design into an activated operating model across functions.
• Own the enterprise program management office for startup mobilization and track milestones to closure.
• Define and coordinate the shared-services model with QIC and wider ecosystem during startup.
• Deliver the phased transition roadmap and sustain readiness for Day-1 and beyond.
• Coordinate workforce requirements and mobilization dependencies for activation waves.
• Establish enterprise delivery reporting cadence, dashboards and escalation mechanisms.
• Maintain risk and interdependency registers and coordinate contingency planning.
