Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director of Enterprise Activation to lead the activation of the corporate strategy and operating model. You will own the startup program, define setup requirements, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across QHC functions and the wider Qiddiya ecosystem.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years in activation, transformation, or PMO leadership, with experience in healthcare, sports, government, or large ecosystem settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Organization Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational activation, transformation, operating-model design, PMO leadership or large-scale program delivery.
• Experience mobilizing complex, multi-stakeholder programs to defined milestones; healthcare/sports/government or large ecosystem environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the corporate strategy and execution priorities.
• Translate approved organization design into an activated operating model.
• Drive activation of core functions and sequencing toward the target operating model.
• Establish governance cadence, reporting, and cross-functional interfaces.
• Own enterprise program management office for startup mobilization.
• Coordinate shared services and interfaces with QIC and ecosystem partners.
• Deliver the phased transition roadmap and milestones.
• Manage day-1 readiness and resource mobilization across functions.
• Maintain risk, interdependency and readiness registers.
