Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Health & Technology to define healthcare technology requirements, deliver roadmaps, and coordinate with QTech for design and readiness. This role drives data governance, cybersecurity, and interoperability across platforms.

Responsibilities include leading technology readiness, vendor management, and innovation initiatives to enhance clinical delivery and performance outcomes within a startup health ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Health Informatics or related field.
• Master’s degree and recognized certifications (health informatics, cybersecurity, TOGAF, ITIL) preferred.
• 8+ years in digital health or healthcare IT with technology delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Define healthcare technology requirements and digital roadmaps aligned to startup priorities.
• Oversee data management, analytics, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Establish and monitor SLAs with vendors and technology partners.
• Embed cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance across platforms and data flows.
• Lead deployment, integration readiness, and go-live readiness with clinical teams.
• Identify and pilot digital health innovations to improve outcomes and efficiency.
