Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in commercial, partnerships, business development or deal-making.
• Experience in developing commercial models and structuring partnership opportunities.
• External credibility with senior stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership strategy, pipeline development and prioritization.
• Engage, source and evaluate partner opportunities across sectors.
• Structure commercial models and contracting requirements with legal and finance.
• Manage partner governance, obligations and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners to leverage shared opportunities.
