Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director of Enterprise Activation to drive the startup construct and activate the organizational design. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape corporate strategy, establish the operating model, governance cadence, and a disciplined program-management discipline to launch the company with pace and control.

Qualifications

Master’s level degree required in a related field.
10+ years leading activation, transformation, or PMO programs.
Experience standing up new orgs, functions or greenfield ventures.
Familiarity with Saudi operating environment and Vision 2030 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own corporate strategy and long-term growth priorities.
Translate org design into an activated operating model with roles and interfaces.
Lead enterprise PMO for startup build, manage milestones and critical path.
Define shared services interfaces and governance with ecosystem partners.
Deliver transition roadmap, dashboards and readiness for Day‑1.
Coordinate with HC and leaders on workforce mobilization and capabilities.
Establish risk, interdependency, and readiness management cadence.
Stakeholder coordination across QHC, QIC, and ecosystem; support leadership decisions.
