Job summary
Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a Quantity Survey Manager to lead the QS function across all projects. You will standardize policies, oversee cost estimation, cost control, and contract administration, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure financial performance across the portfolio.
Ideal candidate has 10+ years in quantity surveying, senior oversight experience, and strong leadership with Arabic and English fluency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proficiency in QS software and advanced MS Excel
- Fluency in Arabic and English required
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to QS teams across all projects
- Standardize QS policies, procedures, and templates company-wide
- Prepare and consolidate periodic cost progress reports across projects
- Monitor progress against targets and drive corrective actions
- Escalate cost and progress risks with clear recommendations
- Review cost estimates, BOQs and cost plans before submission
- Oversee variation orders, claims, and change control processes across projects
- Consolidate cost reporting for senior management
