Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead the quantity surveying team and manage all cost aspects of major construction projects.

You will oversee cost estimating, budgeting, contract negotiation, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on budget and in accordance with contractual requirements, while mentoring the team and coordinating with project managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying and contract management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong expertise in cost control, contract negotiation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working within Saudi Arabia's construction market is a plus.
• Working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quantity surveying team throughout all project phases.
• Prepare, review, and approve cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage contract administration including negotiation, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work completed, and prepare interim and final payment applications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project costs.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and mentorship.
