Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior QS Manager to oversee all quantity surveying functions on social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will manage budgets, cost control, and value engineering while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading the QS team, negotiating contracts and variations, and coordinating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to optimize costs and risk management. A strong background in construction cost control and MRICS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in quantity surveying in construction.
• Strong contract management and cost control knowledge.
• Experience managing large-scale projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quantity surveying team with mentorship.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and forecasts.
• Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis to optimize spend.
• Review and negotiate contractual documents and variations.
• Monitor project progress and report financial performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to mitigate cost risk and manage strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
