Job summary

JASARA PMC in Riyadh seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead financial and contractual management of complex construction projects, ensuring profitability and value for clients.

You will oversee cost control, prepare estimates and bills of quantities, manage tender documents, and lead contractual negotiations. MRICS or equivalent is highly regarded, and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in QS is required. You will mentor junior surveyors and coordinate with project teams to meet budget goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• MRICS or equivalent certification highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quantity surveying functions from planning to closure.
• Prepare detailed estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Lead cost management with regular cost analyses and saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders on budgets.
• Manage contractual negotiations, variations, and claims.
• Conduct site visits for progress assessments and QA.
• Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors.
