HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead the quantity surveying team and manage all cost aspects of major construction projects. The role focuses on cost estimating budgeting contract negotiation and financial reporting to ensure projects stay within budget and align with contractual agreements.

You will monitor cost performance, prepare interim/final payment applications, and coordinate with project teams to optimize costs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying and contract management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong expertise in cost control, contract negotiation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working within Saudi Arabia's construction market is a plus.
• Working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
