Job summary

An established international cost consultancy in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team on a diverse portfolio across the Middle East.

The role covers pre- and post-contract cost management, tender analysis, cost planning, and close-out, requiring MRICS or progression, CostX experience, and a proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience; 10+ years highly desirable.
• Consultancy experience in cost management/quantity surveying.
• Experience using pre/post-contract cost management services.
• Experience using CostX is highly desirable.
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

An established international cost consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Cost Manager Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Riyadh team This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious quantity surveying professional to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the Middle East The successful candidate will have experience across both pre-contract and post-contract cost management services and will be looking to develop their career within a collaborative and professional consultancy environment
