Qualifications

15+ years in Learning & Development with 8+ years in leadership.
Experience delivering enterprise learning in complex, fast-paced settings.
Strong knowledge of Saudi learning environment and regulatory context.
Experience managing budgets, providers, and learning investments.
Digitally fluent with learning technologies and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Design and implement learning architecture, pathways, curricula, standards, and development journeys.
Translate strategic priorities into practical learning roadmaps and interventions.
Lead governance, policies, standards, and reporting across the learning function.
Oversee digital and in-person learning ecosystems (SuccessFactors, Sana) and partnerships.
Build and lead a resilient learning organization with business partnership.
