Qualifications

• 6–10 years in instructional design or related role creating learning solutions.
• Experience with blended training programs and curricula that drive performance.
• Strong business acumen with exposure to large complex projects.
• Experience using learning tech and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver learning content aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate needs into learning objectives and measures.
• Co-facilitate workshops and live sessions with experienced facilitators.
• Maintain curricula, pathways, and learning spaces with governance in mind.
• Analyze feedback and data to improve learning quality and impact.
