Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager of Learning Design and Delivery to design, develop, and deliver learning content that supports business objectives in Riyadh. You will partner with SMEs to build engaging learning experiences using Sana Learn and innovative methods that drive performance.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in instructional design or related roles.
• Strong business acumen with exposure to property development, construction, engineering, infrastructure or transport sectors.
• Proven track record delivering blended training programs and curricula with impact.
• Experience creating learning games, activities or assessments.
• Proficient in managing multiple learning projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver learning content and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and translate them into measurable objectives.
• Co-facilitate workshops and live sessions, balancing rigor with playful learning methods.
• Build and maintain structured curricula, learning pathways and governance for quality content.
• Leverage AI to design storyboards, modular content, gamified checkpoints and simulations.
• Design assessments and activities to measure outcomes and learning impact.
• Provide reporting on outcomes and improvement opportunities.
