Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Associate Director - Compliance, Audit, Learning and Development to oversee regulatory compliance, lead internal audits, and drive robust learning and development initiatives across the organization.

The role requires guiding a team to ensure adherence to standards, implementing training aligned with business objectives, and reporting findings to executives while staying abreast of regulatory changes affecting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred and highly regarded for this senior role.
• 10–12 years of experience in compliance, audit, or learning & development in large-scale organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of organizational practices to identify improvements.
• Manage risk assessments and monitoring to proactively mitigate issues and ensure accountability.
• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives and compliance.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance and audit findings for leadership.
• Foster continuous learning through mentoring and coaching staff on compliance matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes and adjust practices accordingly.
