Job summary

Qiddiya seeks an experienced Head of Learning to design and lead the learning architecture that drives current performance and future capability across the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director – Talent Management, you will partner with business and HR leaders to align learning with priorities, govern standards, and oversee digital and in-person learning ecosystems to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Learning & Development, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise learning in complex environments, ideally with Middle East scope.
• Strong understanding of Saudi learning environment, regulatory and governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead learning architecture, pathways, curricula, standards, and development journeys across priority capability areas.
• Establish and improve learning governance, policies, procedures, and reporting on adoption and ROI.
• Lead the learning ecosystem, including digital and in-person solutions and partnerships with internal and external providers.
