Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Manager, Leadership Development to own the leadership curriculum end-to-end, from needs assessment to program design and direct delivery. This hands-on role involves facilitating sessions, coaching business leaders, and shaping the leadership capability roadmap across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in leadership, management, or executive development with enterprise-wide interventions.
• Experience designing and personally delivering programs.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve leadership framework and curriculum spanning levels from frontline to senior leaders.
• Translate business priorities into program design decisions in partnership with the Director.
• Build and run interventions using digital, blended, and experiential formats.
• Own training needs analysis (TNA) for the leadership pillar with business leaders.
• Personally deliver leadership training sessions and coach business leaders.
• Structure and scale internal coaching culture, including coach selection criteria and coaching standards.
