Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Head of Learning to design and deliver a comprehensive learning architecture that enables current performance and future growth. You will partner with executives and HR to translate strategy into scalable programs and measurable improvements.

The role requires 15+ years in L&D with 8+ in leadership, and deep knowledge of the Saudi learning environment.

Qualifications

15+ years in Learning & Development with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
Experience delivering enterprise learning in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally with Middle East scope.
Strong understanding of the Saudi learning environment, regulatory and governance expectations.
Experience managing budgets, business cases, and learning investments with external providers.
Proven ability to use learning analytics to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Qiddiya’s learning architecture, including curricula and development journeys across priority capability areas.
Translate strategic priorities into practical learning roadmaps and interventions that support current performance and future workforce readiness.
Establish learning governance, policies, standards, procedures, and decision rights across Qiddiya.
