Job summary

Michael Page is representing a leading automotive group in Saudi Arabia seeking a Service Manager to head countrywide service operations. You will ensure workshops operate efficiently and profitably, with regional service managers reporting to this role.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI setting, labor rate decisions, workshop productivity, manpower planning, service and warranty administration, and training.

Qualifications

• Related technical degree (Mechanical / Automobile or similar) with a minimum of 10 years in Heavy Equipment or Commercial Vehicles.
• Experience managing a Workshop & Service operation in the most recent part of your career.
• Experience dealing with Principals/Suppliers on Service matters is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assume functional responsibility of countrywide Service operations and ensure workshops operate effectively and profitably.
• Communicate with Principals on Service matters and prepare budgets and business plan.
• Set and monitor KPIs, labor rates, and plan manpower recruitment.
• Oversee Service & Warranty administration and training; manage workshop resources.
