Job summary

HCP Automotive in Jeddah seeks a Managing Director, Automotive Retail to lead a Riyadh-based dealership with national operations. You will own full P&L, capex decisions, stocking policy, and the annual operating plan, while overseeing a complete retail cycle across new, used, parts, service and F&I.

The role demands strong leadership, a track record of profitable P&L management, and deep knowledge of the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of a P&L with measurable impact.
• Experience running multi-site passenger car dealerships.
• Arabic language ability; Gulf experience acceptable if not fluent.
• Long-term, depth over job-hopping in career history.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L, capex, stocking policy and the annual operating plan.
• Run the full retail cycle across new, used, parts, service and F&I with department heads reporting to you.
• Maintain relationships with the brand principal including margins and standards audits.
• Build and develop the management team with succession plans for direct reports.
• Within three months, present and begin executing a three-year operating plan approved by the board.
