Abroad Work in Jizan, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a talented Head Chef specialized in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen and drive menu development, quality, and guest satisfaction in a prestigious hotel setting.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, ensure food safety, and collaborate with management on events. On-site accommodation and visa sponsorship are provided. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as Executive/Head Chef and deep knowledge of traditional Indian techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavors.
• Ability to create innovative menus while maintaining authenticity.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff members.
• Knowledgeable about food safety regulations.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Head Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team at a prestigious hotel in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, creating and designing menus, managing food inventory and cost control, as well as training and supervising staff members.

Salary
