Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef in an Indian restaurant or similar establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and cooking techniques.
• Proven ability to create original recipes with traditional flavours while also incorporating modern twists.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
