Abroad Work seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead a high-end fine dining kitchen in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee menu development, kitchen operations, and team training to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires strong culinary expertise, leadership, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Arabic is a plus; Saudi work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Must be able to legally work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs and line cooks.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet high standards.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop concepts and events.
• Maintain inventory and control food costs with proper ordering.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
