Qualifications

• Experience owning market performance beyond traditional marketing metrics.
• Saudi market experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market growth strategy across Saudi Arabia.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Own demand generation and customer growth across channels.
• Identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives with high impact.
• Partner with leadership to drive overall market performance.
• Launch and scale new growth channels, partnerships, and opportunities.
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships to drive growth.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, and offers to maximize performance.
• Develop integrated growth strategies across digital, offline, CRM, lifecycle, and referral.
• Optimize marketing investments with ROI analysis and CAC/LTV focus.
• Ensure marketing supports business growth objectives.
• Serve as Calo's commercial owner for Saudi Arabia and build stakeholder relationships.
• Build reporting dashboards connecting marketing to outcomes and guide resource allocation.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, planning, and execution.
