Job summary

Hire Fellows seeks a Head of Sales & Partnerships to build and lead a national sales engine across Saudi Arabia from Riyadh. You will own new brand acquisition, scale the partnerships team, and close strategic deals with top brands, reporting to the General Manager.

In this senior, hands-on role you will set expansion strategy, manage pipeline and forecasts, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to land city launches with momentum.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, sales or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of closing deals and building a sales team.
• Experience opening new cities or markets in KSA/GCC.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to design scalable sales processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Saudi market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own new brand acquisition across Saudi Arabia, with full freedom to design how the goal is achieved.
• Build, lead, and scale the partnerships sales team, coaching and developing team members and leading hiring.
• Set the partnerships and expansion strategy for Saudi Arabia and own its execution, taking the business live across the Kingdom.
• Run pipeline and forecasting with strong CRM discipline, a weekly KPI rhythm, and accurate forecasts by city, rep, and brand tier.
• Open doors, lead negotiations, and close strategic deals with the highest-value brands, working closely with the General Manager on the biggest deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand partners across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and future markets.
• Build scalable sales systems, including scripts, pitch material, objection handling, and onboarding for new reps.
• Work closely with product, marketing, commercial, and operations teams to ensure signed brands go live quickly and city launches land with momentum.
• Adapt to changing business needs and take on evolving responsibilities as the company grows.
