Alpha Leadership Co. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Business Development Director to own the commercial growth agenda, drive revenue, pipeline and client relationships across B2G and B2B markets.

The role builds and leads the sales function, shapes go‑to‑market strategy and secures large, long‑cycle contracts aligned with national development priorities. This is a high‑visibility leadership position with a mandate to scale revenue, open new accounts and build lasting relationships with ministries,

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in sales, business development or commercial leadership with regional or national revenue targets.
• Proven track record winning and delivering government contracts in GCC, Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Experience with government tenders, RFPs and framework agreements.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute sales strategy, targets and go-to-market plan for B2G and B2B.
• Own the full commercial P&L for sales, including revenue, margin and forecasting.
• Lead proposal development, negotiations and contract structuring with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify high‑value sectors and opportunities aligned with national programs.
• Develop and manage key government and enterprise accounts worldwide.
