The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on performance marketing expertise across Meta, Google, Snapchat and TikTok, manage budgets and teams, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, retention, and contribution margin in the Saudi/GCC market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant marketing/ growth experience
• 3+ years in a managerial role
• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands
• Hands-on performance marketing across major platforms
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER and profitability
• Proven ability to lead teams and growth initiatives
• Experience in Saudi/GCC market is highly desirable

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, hands‑on performance marketing expertise, and strong commercial and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies.
• Lead digital acquisition across major advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, customer retention, and contribution margin.
• Develop customer engagement, CRM, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, team performance, and external partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in D2C, E-commerce, or consumer-focused businesses, including relevant experience within the last 3 years.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, profitability, and customer acquisition economics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and independently manage growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in the Saudi or GCC market is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer products, retail, or FMCG.
• Strong CRM and customer retention background.
• Experience working with cross‑functional commercial teams.
• Saudi nationals are preferred; qualified candidates of other nationalities are welcome.
