Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and more. You will own the paid media budget and drive ROAS, CAC, and LTV through testing and analytics.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with CRO, product, and design, and build dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven track record managing six- or seven-figure monthly ad budgets.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, plus another paid platform.
• Strong analytics skills with GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across the full funnel (prospecting, retargeting, retention).
• Own monthly and quarterly paid media budgets and allocate spend based on performance.
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and offers.
• Monitor KPIs daily (CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV) and act quickly on insights.
• Improve conversion rates in collaboration with CRO, product, and design teams.
• Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion APIs, MMPs such as AppsFlyer/Adjust).
• Build dashboards and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Apply attribution models and incrementality testing to measure true channel impact.
• Work with creative, content, product, and CRM teams to produce high-performing ad assets.
• Manage agency partners and freelancers, holding them accountable to targets.
• Mentor and guide junior performance marketers or specialists.
• Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes, and industry best practices.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
