Job summary

Carat, part of the dentsu network, is seeking a Performance Manager to lead planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across paid search and other channels in Riyadh. You will drive data-led decision-making and collaborate across analytics, content, and strategy teams to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

We expect 5–7 years in paid search or performance marketing, strong proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and analytics tools.
• Understanding of performance optimization and bidding models.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance campaigns with a primary focus on paid search.
• Optimize bidding strategies, creatives, audience targeting, and landing experiences to improve performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with analytics, content, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on performance objectives.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated on digital performance trends, tools, and automation advancements.
