Job summary

Holo in Riyadh invites a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead day-to-day execution, optimization, and analysis of our paid media in Saudi Arabia. You will manage campaigns, track performance, and collaborate with Growth and Tech to ensure accurate data flows and conversions.

You’ll own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other channels, focusing on lead generation, CPL, and downstream conversions, while leveraging GTM, GA4, and Looker Studio for reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Lead-generation focused experience is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, and GA4.
• Understanding of the full lead funnel from click to conversion.
• Analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented with tracking troubleshooting ability.
• Experience managing large budgets and multiple paid channels.
• Saudi Arabian market experience is a strong plus (3–5 years).

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other channels.
• Own day-to-day campaign execution: builds, budgets, bidding, targeting, audiences, creatives, A/B testing.
• Monitor daily performance and improve CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Focus on lead generation and downstream conversions, optimizing quality and volume.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversions using GTM, GA4, and various pixels; ensure accurate data.
• Collaborate with Growth and Tech to ensure events and tracking fire correctly.
