Stagwell Media MENA in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Performance Executive to contribute to paid search and paid social strategy and execution. You will independently build campaigns, optimize bidding and targeting, and deliver actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of performance marketing experience, hands-on Google Ads and Meta/TikTok experience, and strong analytics with Excel/GA4. This is an on-site Riyadh position within a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing and paid media execution.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor (SA360 experience preferred).
• Hands-on Paid Social experience across Meta and TikTok.
• Experience with Paid Social DCO platforms (e.g. Smartly, Flashtalking, Stitcher) is advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides; Working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics platforms.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the development of paid search and paid social strategies aligned to client KPIs and commercial objectives
• Independently build and launch paid search and paid social campaigns, translating strategy into effective execution
• Optimize campaigns using advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, creative and keyword management, audience targeting, and platform best practices
• Support budget pacing, forecasting and performance projections across accounts
• Build clear, insight-led reporting for weekly, quarterly and annual client reviews
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear actions for both internal teams and clients
• Develop and implement structured testing roadmaps across Google, Meta and TikTok
• Stay up to date with platform innovations across Google Marketing Platform and Paid Social, ensuring best practice adoption
