In this role you will monitor account health, spot churn risk, and pursue upsell opportunities while ensuring on-time invoicing and strong client satisfaction. You will be the trusted advisor in the Saudi market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B account management.
• Experience in training, professional services or HR is a plus.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the main contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders across levels.
• Monitor account health and spot churn risk; take action.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
• Track and report on account health metrics.
• Ensure invoices are collected on time and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain client records and opportunity pipelines in the CRM.
• Collaborate with service delivery to ensure a high-quality experience.
