Job summary

Areeb is seeking an Account Manager in Riyadh to manage client accounts and nurture long-term relationships. You will understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow up on invoices and payments, with opportunities to upsell HR and recruitment solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment collection.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and promote additional HR and recruitment services.
• Follow up on invoice issuance and ensure invoices are sent to clients on time.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection of overdue invoices.
