Job summary

Emperor in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Client Services Associate who reports to a Senior Account Manager. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day client communication, keeping proactive updates, and sustaining strong client relationships while assisting in project delivery across multiple disciplines.

You will help manage timelines, budgets, and project plans, prepare proposals and reports, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications

• Client communication and relationship management would be essential.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project timelines and resources.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients ensuring consistent communication and a high-quality client experience
• Support senior team members in managing day-to-day client requests escalating when necessary to ensure client needs are met on time
• Assist with developing and maintaining client project documentation including agendas contact reports and timelines
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution helping to coordinate resources and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process
• Assist in preparing client proposals cost estimates and project plans under the guidance of senior team members
• Help track and report on the performance of client campaigns ensuring key deliverables are met and performance is documented accurately
• Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts providing assistance in developing strategies for account growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and best practice across the agency
