Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced client leader to grow and deliver Marketing Services in Saudi Arabia. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts and work with account executives and client stakeholders to shape and deliver marketing engagements across financial institutions, merchants and fintechs.

The role requires consultative, analytical, and collaborative skills, with the ability to translate client needs into practical programmes and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or 10+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in client marketing, consulting, or marketing services.
• Strong governance, risk management and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent client engagements and partner with Account Executives.
• Identify and shape marketing engagements across financial institutions, merchants and fintechs.
• Ensure disciplined delivery from scoping to close-out with clear governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Visa and delivery partners.
• Translate client requirements into practical, measurable marketing programmes.
