Job summary

erad is seeking a Business Development Analyst to join its growing commercial team in Riyadh. You will support the business development unit by researching prospective customers, identifying new opportunities, analyzing sales data, and helping manage the commercial pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in business, finance, or related field.
4+ years in business development or sales operations.
Strong analytical and research skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a focus on outbound sales and pipeline management.
Research and identify prospective businesses and decision-makers matching erad's target customer profile.
Build and maintain prospect lists and support outbound outreach and follow-up.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and monitor pipeline performance.
