Responsibilities include outbound outreach, lead qualification, and coordinating meetings and demos while maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business-related field.
• 4+ years in business development or sales operations.
• Strong analytical and research skills; CRM experience is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, focusing on outbound sales.
• Research and identify prospective businesses and decision-makers matching the target profile.
• Build and maintain prospect lists and support outbound outreach and follow-up.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings and demos for the team.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and monitor pipeline performance.
