Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Business Analyst in Riyadh to help identify and advance opportunities across key customers and sectors. You will support market research, client proposals, and business cases, while analyzing pipeline performance and collaborating with Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between June 2026 and August 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent strategic and conceptual thinking with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support development of client proposals, presentations and business cases.
• Analyze sales pipeline revenue performance and business metrics to generate insights.
• Assist with opportunity tracking, forecasting and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance and Delivery teams.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings, business reviews and leadership updates.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at growing Mastercard’s Services business.
• Develop a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and Mastercard’s products.
