Job summary

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is a Riyadh-based ICT systems integrator seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow our government and large enterprise business in the Saudi market. This hunter role requires a proven track record and strong relationships with government and corporate buyers.

You will own the annual 30M SAR+ revenue target, open new accounts, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with presales and delivery teams to win bids and close contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B ICT sales in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of closing 30M SAR+ in annual sales.
• Strong network with government, semi-government or large enterprise clients.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own an annual revenue target of 30M SAR+ across government, semi-government and enterprise accounts.
• Open new accounts and grow existing ones.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
• Sell SES ICT solutions including network infrastructure, GPON, wireless, security and SI projects.
• Work with presales and delivery teams to prepare proposals.
• Build long-term relationships with decision makers and procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, and report progress regularly.
