Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Saudi Arabia seeks a Program Manager for Yanbu to lead a multi-disciplinary team as a single focal point for Honeywell systems in the region. You will plan, execute and optimize Capex/Opex projects, manage contracts and ensure performance across safety, quality and delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in an industrial environment and an engineering degree, with strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical management and leadership abilities.
• Finance – understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
• Experience in Service and Project Management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Business, Engineering, Field and Supply Chain principles.
• Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation (English).
• Broad knowledge of Honeywell products and their applications.
• Negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Honeywell service applications (SFDC and SAP).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a multi-disciplined team in Yanbu area.
• Drive growth by partnering with Sales and other LOBs to create opportunities.
• Accurate planning and forecasting of business performance; manage Capex and Opex.
• Ensure compliance with HSE plans; promote safety culture.
• Oversee delivery of projects, manage contracts, and performance metrics.
