Job summary

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Global Industrialization / Localization Manager to drive local industrial capabilities, partnerships, and offshore/onsite collaborations in support of international customers and sovereign policies. Based in Riyadh with occasional international travel.

You will coordinate industrialization concepts, manage program lifecycles from concept to award, and partner with Operations, Contracts, and Finance to forecast and report progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• EVMS certification and experience leading proposals (Management, Cost, Technical).
• Experience interfacing with customers at all levels.
• Expert knowledge of international offset and localization markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industrialization concepts and proposals, negotiating industrialization agreements and managing global supply chain arrangements.
• Lead all phases of the global industrialization program lifecycle from concept to award and program execution.
• Collaborate with Raytheon functions, landed companies, and program teams to mature industrial partnerships.
• Develop relationships with local customers and authorities to enable global industrialization initiatives.
• Interface with internal/external customers and leadership; ensure forecasting and reporting accuracy.
• Work with localization managers to deliver quarterly reports and credit claims per milestones.
