Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Saudi Arabia seeks a Program Manager to lead building automation programs within the Projects division. You will drive strategic initiatives, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on mega projects across the Kingdom.

You will report to the General Manager for Projects in KSA, travel within the country, and shape sustainable, safe, and efficient building solutions through innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects of >5M USD simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
• Manage program performance metrics and reporting.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the program team and develop succession plans for each team member.
• Lead the charge on adequately resourcing the projects in the portfolio and eliminating risk with the project.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the Projects space.
• Support the Sales Organization with the growth of the Projects.

As a Program Manager - Building Automation here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing building automation programs. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation and transformation leveraging Honeywell's expertise and technologies to create sustainable and efficient building solutions. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's Projects business. You will report directly to our General Manager for Projects in KSA and you'll work out of one of our offices in Saudi Arabia with frequent travel across the Kingdom.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on shaping the Mega Projects in the regions of Saudi Arabia by leading and managing building automation programs that contribute to the overall Building Solutions Ecosystem. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including government entities, technology partners, and customers, to develop and execute initiatives that enhance urban sustainability, safety, and quality of life.
