Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a guest service or guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the facility.
• Assist guests with lane reservations, equipment rentals, and special requests.
• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Process payments and manage front desk operations.
