• Proficiency with customs submission portals and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import/export documentation and declarations.
• Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, port authorities and shipping lines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, customs rules and labeling standards.
• Lead clearance staff and maintain audit-ready archives.
