Job summary

pladis Foods Limited is seeking an Export Specialist in Jeddah to manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi and international regulations. You will coordinate land and sea shipments, prepare and verify documentation, and liaise with government authorities and freight forwarders.

The role requires 3–5 years in Export Operations or International Trade, strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, and hands-on experience with export tracking tools and SAP/Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Export Operations, Logistics, or International Trade.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi export regulations, SFDA processes, COO/HC legalization, and customs procedures.
• Experience handling land and sea exports, including GCC cross-border shipments.
• Hands-on experience with export documentation, insurance declarations, and government portals.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and export tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Proforma Invoices and export documents; manage Export Insurance Declarations and notifications (SFDA, Health Certificates).
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and freight forwarders to plan land and sea shipments; ensure timely dispatch and cross-border movements.
• Arrange COO, Health Certificates and other regulatory stamping; liaise with Chamber of Commerce and authorities.
• Handle export claims and discrepancies; work with insurers and internal teams to close issues.
• Maintain Export Tracker and Smartsheet updates; support monthly export KPI reporting and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth export flow and provide shipment visibility.
